FROM THE FOUNDER

It’s a fact that we live in a constantly changing world. Yet, there is no consensus as to whether this constant change helps us develop or causes deterioration. For some, the world is irreversibly getting worse and for others, the developing technology and innovations will make everything better. Not having a clue to the answer of this question, I do believe in one thing: The future will be shaped solely by what people do as it has always been.

Change and development are not new concepts. They have always existed and always will. In 1900, the “company” concept came up. When it was 1920, administration was accepted as a science. 1960s were the times for continuous development. 1980s welcomed the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation. Afterwards, we witnessed an extensive bombardment of standardisation and the concept of TQM (total quality management) took control.

There may be a thousand answers to what the future will bring. However, these answers will have a single common point: Change. And so we have a critical question in our hands: “Change and development” or “change and destruction”?

Institutions that are in harmony with the concept of change are surely capable of development. Being in harmony with development stands on two solid grounds: The “human factor” and the “system”. If an institution is comprised of employees who believe in perfection, are self-confident and willing to learn, then there is no doubt that development is on the way. Such employees constantly monitor themselves and the system of their institution, strengthening the weaknesses they see and working in harmony.

Perfection is not an urban legend. It’s true that it’s a never-ending journey. It’s true that this journey presents challenges but please remember: Every day, average institutions put in much more effort than perfect institutions and get exhausted. On the other hand, what they get in return is in no respect comparable to what perfect institutions get.

As the founder of
, I can assure you that perfection is perfectly observable, that it can be felt. You can feel perfection as you walk through the door of an institution. You can see it in the eyes of the people who work there. You can find it between the lines of the documents. Perfection is not only about result. It’s about life, it’s about people. It’s a philosophy.   is at your service to turn the “idea” of perfection into “reality”.
